HCCL Holdings’ journey towards operational excellence began in 2004, when the Company adopted the ISO 9001 Quality Management System framework to enhance efficiency, strengthen governance, and elevate service delivery standards across the business. This commitment to excellence culminated in December 2005, when HCCL successfully achieved ISO 9001 certification following a rigorous independent assessment. This milestone established a strong foundation for continuous improvement, process discipline, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business performance.
Building on this achievement, HCCL reached another significant milestone in 2021 by attaining Integrated Triple ISO Certification, covering:

- ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
