NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Joint Meeting of the creditors and members of Hwange Colliery Company Limited will be held physically and virtually on Monday 22 May 2023, at 1000 hours for the purpose of transacting the following business:
To receive a presentation on the proposed scheme of reconstruction of Hwange Colliery Company Limited by the administrator, and to provide proposed variations for consideration by the administrator in accordance with section 24 (1) of the Reconstruction Act.
